Our team comprises professionals with extensive expertise across the oil and gas, securities, and cryptocurrency sectors. This unique blend of experience and expertise enables us to optimize operational efficiency, ensure strict compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes, and provide unparalleled asset security. We are committed to fostering trust and confidence among investors and issuers by providing a seamless and efficient process to create and market fully compliant security tokens.

Thomas E. Tapia, 54, is the Founder and President of OilWellStore PM. Thomas has an extensive background in sales and marketing, specializing in managing Reg D oil and gas Direct Participation Programs for qualified investors. Thomas previously held Series 7, 63, 31, and 24 securities licenses and served as a Registered Principal for two FINRA-registered broker-dealers. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Tapia worked as a registered representative and supervising sales manager for various securities broker-dealers in Dallas, Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona, including Southwest Securities, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, and Morgan Stanley.

Thomas began his energy career in 2000, working with Chestnut Petroleum, Inc., and M&W Financial, Inc., registered broker-dealers specializing in energy investing, from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, he co-founded DW Energy Group, LLC, serving as Managing Director and Supervising Sales Manager until April 2016. Thomas then founded OilWellStore PM in 2020.
